Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the mobile games developed and published by Vitalii Chardymov (operating as Impression Team), referred to below as “we”, “us” or “the developer”, and how that information is used, shared and protected.
1. Applications covered
This policy applies to all applications published by the developer on the App Store and on Google Play, including:
- Antheim (Ant Colony Sim)
- Band Manager Idler
- Music Band Tycoon
- Maternity Hospital Tycoon Idle
- Guns and Bike
- Drag Race Queen
- Build my Hotel with Super Hero
It also applies to any other game released later under the same developer accounts, unless that game publishes its own separate policy. We refer to all of them as “the Games”.
2. The short version
- The Games have no registration, no login and no user profiles. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
- Your game progress is stored on your device only. We do not upload it anywhere.
- The Games show advertising. Our advertising partners may collect a device advertising identifier and technical device data in order to select and measure ads.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and Google. We never see your card details.
- You can turn off personalised advertising at any time in your device settings, and in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you can change your consent choices.
3. Information collected
3.1 Information you give us directly
None is required to play. If you write to our support email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to answer you.
3.2 Information stored on your device
Game progress, settings (sound, language), the state of your purchases and similar gameplay data are saved locally on your device. This data stays on the device, and deleting the Game deletes it. We do not operate game servers and we do not keep copies of your saves.
3.3 Information collected automatically by our partners
To show advertising and to keep the Games working, our partners (listed in section 5) may process:
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising identifiers | IDFA / IDFV on iOS, Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android, App Set ID, vendor identifiers | Selecting ads, limiting how often the same ad is shown, measuring installs and fraud prevention |
| Device and connection data | Device model, operating system version, screen size, language and country, time zone, mobile carrier, network type, IP address | Delivering ads that fit the device and region, security and anti-fraud |
| App and usage data | App version, session start and length, in-game events related to advertising, which ads were shown, viewed or clicked, ad revenue data | Ad measurement and reporting, improving the Games |
| Diagnostics | Crash reports and performance data provided by Apple and Google | Fixing bugs and crashes |
| Purchase data | Purchase receipts and transaction identifiers issued by the App Store or Google Play | Delivering the item you bought and restoring earlier purchases |
We do not collect your precise location. The Games do not use the camera, the microphone, the contact list, photos, calendars or health data.
4. How the information is used
- To run the Games and keep your progress on your device.
- To show advertising, including rewarded videos you choose to watch, and to measure how ads perform.
- To deliver and restore in-app purchases and to honour the “Remove ads” purchase.
- To detect invalid traffic, fraud and abuse.
- To fix crashes and improve gameplay balance.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use it to build profiles outside advertising. Where our partners use advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioural advertising, some laws (for example the California Consumer Privacy Act) treat that as a “sale” or “sharing”; section 9 explains how to opt out.
5. Partners who may process data
Advertising in the Games is delivered through Appodeal, which mediates several advertising networks. Depending on your region and the available demand, ads may be served by:
- Appodeal — privacy policy, list of advertising partners
- Google AdMob / Google Ads — how Google uses data
- AppLovin — privacy policy
- Unity Ads — privacy policy
- Liftoff / Vungle — privacy policy
- BidMachine, Bidon, Bigo Ads, InMobi, Mintegral and other networks connected through Appodeal mediation
Platform services we rely on:
- Apple (App Store, StoreKit, App Analytics, crash reports) — privacy policy
- Google (Google Play, Google Play Billing, Android vitals) — privacy policy
- Unity Technologies (game engine and in-app purchasing) — privacy policy
These companies act as independent controllers of the data they collect through their own SDKs, and their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
6. Consent, tracking and your choices
6.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland
When you first launch a Game in these regions, a consent dialog (a certified Consent Management Platform) asks whether you agree to personalised advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time — see 6.3.
6.2 iOS App Tracking Transparency
On iOS 14.5 and later the system asks for permission before any partner may use the IDFA to track you across apps and websites. If you say “Ask App Not to Track”, the IDFA is not used and advertising is not personalised. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
6.3 Turning off personalised advertising
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (per app), and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Personalised Ads.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalisation”.
- Consent dialog: delete and reinstall the Game, or write to us at the address in section 12 and we will tell you how to bring the dialog back in the version you have.
7. In-app purchases
The Games sell optional items, such as in-game currency, permanent boosts and an ad-free experience. All payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your bank card number, billing address or any other payment credential. We receive only the identifier of the purchased item and a transaction identifier, which the Game keeps on your device so that your purchase can be restored on reinstall. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their rules.
8. Children
The Games are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through a Game, please contact us and we will delete it. In the Games we do not request the age of the player and we do not knowingly serve personalised advertising to children.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we operate no accounts and no servers, we usually cannot connect any data to you personally; in that case, exercising your rights means acting on the advertising identifier, which you control through the device settings described in section 6.3.
- EEA / UK (GDPR): legal bases are your consent for advertising and tracking, the performance of a contract for purchases, and our legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising by using the device settings in section 6.3. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their rights.
- Deleting everything: uninstalling a Game removes all local data. Purchases stay recorded by Apple or Google so that you can restore them.
To make a request, write to the address in section 12. We answer within 30 days.
10. Retention, security and transfers
We keep no personal databases of our own. Data collected by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Data may be processed on servers in countries other than your own, including the United States; our partners rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for such transfers. We use the security measures provided by the platforms (encrypted connections, signed applications), but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when a new advertising partner is added. The new version is published at this address with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes will also be announced in the Game or in the store release notes. Continuing to use the Games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
